If your current email client is not listed in the above tutorials, you will need to re-configure your application with the following changes:

• You will need to change your incoming mail server to: mail-recv.bigrivertel.net

• You will need to change your outgoing mail server to: mail-send.bigrivertel.net

• You will need to ensure that your outgoing mail has server authentication selected.

NOTE: If you use a domain other than bigrivertel.net, replace your domain in the incoming and outgoing mail servers. For example - if your domain is clas.net, then your incoming mail server will be mail-recv.clas.net and your outgoing mail server will be mail-send.clas.net.
